A WHOLE-PERSON PERSPECTIVE ON WELL-BEING
If you’re experiencing symptoms related to the conditions I treat but don’t yet have a diagnosis, you may still benefit from supportive care focused on overall health.
As a naturopathic doctor, I take a whole-person approach that considers physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. My goal is to support your well-being, clarify what may be contributing to your symptoms, and help you make informed next steps in your care.
YOU HAVE OPTIONS
Naturopathic medicine offers safe, flexible and credible care options
-

Lifestyle counselling
Lifestyle counselling looks at factors such as sleep, stress, movement, light exposure, and daily habits. Together, we identify practical areas for change and set realistic goals to support your overall health.
-

Herbal medicine
Herbal medicine may include teas, tinctures, or dried supplements. Options are selected and prepared based on your individual concerns, allowing for a high level of personalization.
-

Nutrition
Nutrition recommendations are guided by your health concerns, preferences, beliefs, and current research. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach, as different strategies may be appropriate at different stages. Supplements may be recommended when appropriate.
-

Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the use of fine needles at specific points on the body. Treatment plans are individualized, with timing and frequency guided by your needs and response over time.
-

Laboratory testing
Laboratory testing is available through LifeLabs and includes a range of tests accessible to naturopathic doctors. Testing is used selectively to help inform care decisions.
-

More services
Additional services may include physical medicine, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, injections, and mindfulness-based approaches. Some services require in-person visits at the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic.
